Schoolgirl Lock-in; update one!

2:am; two bottles of wine gone. After standing on the porch for a few to make sure no one was awake and out in the community, we three decided to walk around the corner, short skirts a' waggin', and grab some extra munchies from the community store.

Of course as soon as we round the corner there sits my step-dad and Drunk Jacob on Jacob's porch. (Right across the road from the store.)

Of course we three, pretty buzzed on wine, were walking arm in arm in arm down the middle of the road. (Singing "Complicated" by Avril Laveign.)

Of course as soon as we saw them we girly SCREAMED and darted into the woods.

"I knew this was gonna happen," Lora said. "We never shoulda came out dressed like this."

"This is fun," Emily kinda whispered.

"This is SO much fun," I followed.

"C'mon," Lora said, leading the way. "We can go 'round back of the store and get in the backdoor."

The store, as I wrote long ago when we started it, is an old house that the community renovated into a store. With all the money spent on building the apartment complex on the far side of the community, it was deemed too expensive to build a store from scratch, and since this house had sat empty for a few years...

The front door is usually kept unlocked, in case anyone needs anything in the middle of the night, unfortunately we found out that the back door is NOT.

"Let's just go in the front. They've already seen us,' Emily the Brave said.

"No," replied Sara the Insane. "I'll take my clothes off and STREAK past them so they're distracted and you two can run in the front and get what we want."

This was greeted with the squinty-eyed-mean-faced-look from the TWO.

"JUST A SUGGESTION!" I said and started walking toward the front. "C'mon, they've already seen us."

We walked around to the front and the guys noticed us right away. Cousin Gabe was with them now. They each had what looked like a beer in their hand.

I danced my way up the stairs and onto the porch and Emily followed suit. Lora had her hands behind her back making sure her short-SHORT skirt stayed tight around her nice little booty.

We got our goods and headed back down the middle of the road without paying the guys any whatfor till Jacob yelled out, "Thank you, ladies," and Gabe followed with, "I'm so glad I moved here."

Lora shot them THE FINGER, Emily saw her and turned around and yelled, YEAH!" Which lately has become her exclamation mark on anything me or Lora say that she STURNLY agrees with. She says it with such passion.

I said, "I should take my clothes off and STREAK past them JUST to give them something to REALY talk about!," with mock anger in my voice.

"Yeah," Emily half-whispered with a giddy little laugh.

Lora started, "Sara, stop..." but was interupted by Emily's EXCLAMATION POINT. "Don't...encourage...it!" She said to Emily.

Lora isn't really as prim and proper as she seems. She grew up white trash in the poorest part of Quincy. It's just that NOW she runs the community center which means she plans out the festivals and events and has a lot of respect in the community. She doesn't like to be seen in any other light than the one that gets the most respect.

Walking down the middle of the road at 2am singing pop songs with her TWO lesbian lovers whilst wearing a schoolgirl uniform is NOT in that light.

Unfortunately.

We all crashed on a pallet on the living room floor watching a movie this morning after 5am. I'll try to give another update tomorrow.

Billions in Oil Missing in Iraq, U.S. Study Says

Between 100,000 and 300,000 barrels a day of Iraq’s declared oil production over the past four years is unaccounted for and could have been siphoned off through corruption or smuggling, according to a draft American government report.

Using an average of $50 a barrel, the report said the discrepancy was valued at $5 million to $15 million daily.
